Beef trim is the byproduct of breaking down a beef carcass that is used to make ground beef. It is a mix of meat and fat that is approximately 85% lean and 15% fat. It is hand-cut from from whole muscles so you can be assured there are no tendons, organs, bones, glands or anything suspicious added to our beef trim.
