​     Our pigs are a mix of Tamworth, Berkshire, Hereford, Gloucestershire Old Spot, Large Black and Yorkshire. These old-world breeds grow slower than conventional pigs resulting in a more flavorful pork. Our pigs are raised outdoors and enjoy a natural diet of non-GMO grains and grasses without the use of antibiotics or hormones.
